Ms Jennifer Young - Operations Manager

Jennifer joined our practice in 2021 as a member of the reception team she then went on to join our primary care network as a patient services care coordinator for Bramhall & Shaw Heath Medical Group. In June 2024 she re-joined the practice as our operations manager and works closely with our practice manager. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Siobain joined our practice in August 2025 and has more than 30 years experience working in a variety of NHS services including General Practice and Primary Care. Siobain is also a Registered General Nurse and her most recent post was Clinical Lead for Primary Care Services in Stoke & Stafford. Siobain is a busy working mum who enjoys the chaos of family life, walking and the theatre.
