Our Appointment System
We ask that all patients contact us using the online triage form for anything urgent or routine. Please click here or on the banner above to access the form. Please complete the online form as fully as possible so we can triage it most appropriately.
For people who cannot access the internet you will always be able to phone us – our team will be happy to help and fill out the form for you. They will go through the relevant questions with you on the phone. All the answers are then dealt with by a Doctor so you do not gain or lose priority by contacting us this way.
- These forms will go to the doctor, who will assess your case on the day and provide the best outcome – this may be self-care advice, a prescription or an appointment with the best member of the team to help you.
- We have a range of medically qualified experts available to help – Community and Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioners and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. By using the whole team this means our doctors’ are available to deal with the most complex queries in a timely manner.
- The triage will typically open at 8am. The time it closes varies depending on the volume of requests. However if you feel the request is urgent and the triage is closed, please contact reception directly and we will do our best to help.
