We ask that all patients contact us using the online triage form for anything urgent or routine. Click here to access the form. 

For people who cannot access the internet you will always be able to phone us – our team will be happy to help and fill out the form for you. They will go through the relevant questions with you on the phone. All the answers are then dealt with by a Doctor so you do not gain or lose priority by contacting us this way.
