Bramhall & Shaw Heath Medical Group are a friendly practice based over two sites, with a patient list size of 14,000 patients. We have a strong focus on continuous quality improvement.  We are committed to striving to deliver and maintain quality clinical care and providing excellent access to healthcare for patients with urgent conditions and continuing to provide high quality chronic disease management.

Our Surgeries provide the highest quality of care to patients in the Stockport area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice. Our practice is part of the Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme Primary Care Network (PCN). This is a network of local GP surgeries who work together to provide a wider range of services to patients and to more easily integrate with the wider health and care system.
