The Practice now opens every Saturday morning at Shaw Heath.  This service is for patients who work and cannot attend on weekdays

The surgeries are both open from 8.15am until 6.30pm. After 6pm the telephones are transferred to voicemail where you can find details of our out of hours service

 

Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

Patients on long term medication may be given a computer slip to use to order repeat prescriptions.

A repeat prescription may be obtained by handing in your slip or by posting it to the surgery ( including a stamped addressed envelope) or by filling in the online form.

Allow at least 2 full working days for the prescription to be ready

We regret that only in special circumstances can we accept telephone requests for prescriptions.
