The Practice now opens every Saturday morning at Shaw Heath.  This service is for patients who work and cannot attend on weekdays

The surgeries are both open from 8.15am until 6.30pm. After 6pm the telephones are transferred to voicemail where you can find details of our out of hours service

You have a right to know what information we hold about you. If you would like to see your records, please call our Practice Managers at Bramhall Medical Centre

Complaints

Should you have any problems with the personnel or service that you receive from the practice then we ask that you either come and see one of the doctors or write to the Practice Services Manager.
